Description

  • Assess current-state insight generation processes across Commercial, Medical, and Market Access functions in pharma and life sciences.
  • Design integrated data architectures that combine Competitive Intelligence (CI), Market Research (MR), Digital, and Real-World Data (RWD) sources.
  • Enable cross-functional insight consumption across Brand, Field, Medical Affairs, and Market Access teams.
  • Support use cases across brand performance monitoring, field force effectiveness, patient journey analytics, and HCP engagement optimization.
  • Enable closed-loop insight activation into commercial and medical execution channels.
  • Integrate and validate pharma data sources (e.g., Veeva, IQVIA Plantrak/LAAD/PE) and RWD sources (e.g., TriNetX, Flatiron, Optum, Komodo) into analytic solutions.
  • Partner with Commercial, Medical, Market Access, and Digital leaders to drive adoption of analytics solutions.
  • Present analytic solutions and results to business audiences and senior management, demonstrating robustness and business value.
  • Develop plans to operationalize analytics solutions, collaborate with internal SMEs to create POVs/proposals, and explore growth opportunities with current and new buying centers.
  • Own P&L for account portfolios, managing revenue and margin goals.

Requirements

  • 10–16 years of professional experience in Commercial Pharma / Life Sciences analytics, insights, or consulting roles.
  • Deep understanding of pharma datasets, KPIs, and insight needs across HQ and field personas (commercial, PSS, market research, digital analytics, and RWD ecosystems).
  • Experience assessing, designing, or enabling integrated insight orchestration platforms that unify CI, MR, Digital, and RWD.
  • Experience with insight platforms, CDPs, commercial data lakes, omnichannel analytics, customer engagement platforms, and AI/GenAI-driven insight generation and automation.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence executive/VP-level stakeholders and translate business problems into high-level analytics solution approaches.
  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with R and Python, and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Fluency with pharma data sources (Veeva, IQVIA: Plantrak, LAAD, PE, etc.) and RWD sources (TriNetX, Flatiron, Optum, Komodo) including data quality controls and nuances.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement experience across Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Market Access functions.
  • Experience managing large accounts, driving account growth, and P&L ownership (preferred).
  • Graduate degree in Business Analytics or MBA, or equivalent work experience.
