Description

  • Design customer-centric experiences with measurable business impact.
  • Partner with designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, data scientists, and marketers to lead product vision, define strategy, shape the roadmap, and develop design solutions.
  • Use research and qualitative data to guide design and development decisions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers and service professionals while focusing on key metrics.
  • Rapidly create multiple concepts and prototypes, choosing between high-fidelity and low-fidelity approaches as appropriate.
  • Test, learn, and iterate through experimentation to solve existing problems and uncover new opportunities.
  • Own projects from conception through launch and measure success using data and user research.
  • Contribute to roadmapping, feature design, and overall product quality.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of overall product design experience.
  • A portfolio showing impactful projects and your design process.
  • Strong UX, interaction, and visual design skills with a human-centered approach.
  • Ability to balance high-quality craft and rapid, iterative execution.
  • Bias for action and understanding of how design work affects users and the business.
  • Experience creating customer experiences that produced measurable and sustainable growth results.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Expertise in prototyping and creating interactive prototypes to test and validate concepts.
  • Experience working closely with product, engineering, research, and other cross-functional partners.

Benefits

  • Remote work designation (#LI-Remote).
  • Expected salary range of $131,800.00 to $170,500.00 for candidates in Ontario and British Columbia.
