Description

  • Design user experiences across Thrive AI’s core objects (Brands, Design Books, Business Lines, Elements, and Assets).
  • Create and deliver user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive Figma prototypes suitable for engineering handoff.
  • Support and design complex workflows including onboarding, asset creation, and AI-assisted editing.
  • Design intuitive UX for AI interactions, including prompting, suggestions, previews, and apply/retry flows, ensuring outputs are understandable, reviewable, and editable by users.
  • Work within and contribute to the Thrive AI design system by applying consistent patterns across dashboards, creation wizards, asset grids, detail views, and AI prompt/response panels.
  • Contribute reusable components and refine patterns to improve consistency and development speed.
  • Leverage AI-enabled design tools to accelerate ideation and iteration.
  • Collaborate asynchronously with Product and Engineering, iterate based on written feedback and product requirements, and deliver well-structured Figma files for direct handoff.

Requirements

  • Expert-level Figma proficiency, including components, variants, auto-layout, design systems, and prototyping.
  • 3–5 years of UI/UX or product design experience.
  • Proven experience working in contract and/or remote-first roles and ability to manage work independently with clear communication.
  • Strong UX fundamentals, including usability, hierarchy, and interaction design.
  • Experience designing SaaS or workflow-driven applications.
  • Ability to balance speed, clarity, and quality in a delivery-focused environment.
  • Experience with AI-assisted design tools (preferred) such as Figma AI, Lovable, or similar generative/copilot-style tools.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven products or content-creation platforms (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of frontend constraints and component-based UI (e.g., React) (preferred).
  • Comfortable working from written specs, handling asynchronous feedback, and collaborating across distributed teams; preferred time zone GMT (London, UK).
