Description

  • Handle daily account management requests, including deposit and withdrawal processes, with timely and accurate execution.
  • Coordinate operational workflows with internal teams across Customer Service, Sales, Risk, Finance, and BIT.
  • Follow up on operational cases efficiently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
  • Provide shift-based operational coverage to support consistent service quality across all operating hours.
  • Participate in process optimization, operational monitoring, and workflow improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and escalate operational anomalies or risks in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to meet compliance and audit requirements.
  • Use AI tools and emerging technologies to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of working experience, with CFD, Forex, or financial industry backgrounds strongly preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to work shift-based schedules, including rotating or non-standard hours.
  • Ability to maintain consistent performance in high-frequency, repetitive communication environments.
  • Experience coordinating across departments and sustaining operational follow-up with minimal supervision.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and willingness to learn internal operational logic and processes.
  • Proactive mindset toward using AI tools to improve efficiency, productivity, and work quality.
  • Long-term career development intentions are preferred.
  • Prior experience in Operations, Customer Service, or Financial Support environments, particularly with CFD or FX products, is preferred.
  • Experience handling high-volume operational tasks or working in shift-based roles within regulated financial services is a distinct advantage.
  • Cross-functional experience spanning CS, Operations, Risk, and/or Finance teams is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with brokerage systems, trading platforms, or back-office operational tools is preferred.
