Description

  • Research relevant conversations, questions, and user needs across Reddit, Quora, and other communities.
  • Write helpful, high-quality posts, comments, and answers that naturally incorporate Think Academy resources.
  • Manage Think Academy’s subreddit, including content planning, posting, engagement, and moderation.
  • Build relationships and maintain a credible presence in relevant online communities.
  • Track content performance and identify new organic growth opportunities.
  • Evaluate emerging communities by analyzing their culture, user behavior, content norms, and participation guidelines.
  • Develop tailored engagement strategies for different online communities.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing Reddit and Quora accounts or communities.
  • Excellent English writing, editing, and research skills.
  • Strong ability to analyze user intent and audience needs.
  • Familiarity with Reddit culture, subreddit rules, moderation, and engagement best practices.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Demonstrated ownership of projects and results.
  • Experience managing or growing a branded subreddit preferred.
  • Familiarity with K–12 education or parent-focused content preferred.
  • Experience with community analytics, organic growth, or SEO preferred.

Benefits

  • Remote, part-time schedule of 30 hours per week.
  • $20–$28 per hour, based on experience.
  • 6-month contract with possibility of extension.
