Description

  • Own Blitzed’s social media and community strategy across X, Discord, and future channels.
  • Manage a content calendar covering memes, creator clips, player wins, promotions, releases, and product updates.
  • Collaborate with the content producer to develop creative assets and repurpose streamer content.
  • Create reactive posts, replies, and simple content to maintain fast execution.
  • Develop a consistent and distinctive brand voice across social and community interactions.
  • Engage with relevant trends, players, creators, and industry accounts.
  • Welcome new members and build relationships with regular community participants.
  • Plan community activities, stream watch-alongs, events, and approved giveaways.
  • Manage Discord moderation, bots, permissions, announcements, and pinned information.
  • Track engagement, returning participants, traffic, and content performance while testing new ideas.

Requirements

  • Experience managing social media and online communities in iGaming, crypto, or a related gaming business.
  • Deep understanding of crypto, casino, streaming, and internet culture.
  • Strong instinct for memes, humor, and shareable content.
  • Excellent written English and the ability to write entertaining, non-corporate content.
  • Experience building relationships and encouraging participation in online communities.
  • Comfort with Discord moderation, bots, permissions, and social scheduling tools.
  • Ability to create basic graphics and edit short-form video when needed.
  • Good judgment when handling public conversations, frustrated players, and sensitive issues.
  • Commercial awareness beyond follower counts and message volume.
  • Organized, proactive, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving early-stage company.
