Description

  • Partner with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to enhance and maintain Workday HCM modules (Talent, Payroll for U.S., Time Tracking, Absence, Advanced Compensation, Core HCM, and Reporting).
  • Configure Workday business processes, condition rules, calculated fields, and validation rules to meet evolving business needs.
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver custom reports and dashboards (advanced, composite, matrix) that provide actionable insights.
  • Support end-to-end HR and payroll processes including hiring, onboarding, performance, compensation, and terminations.
  • Participate in Workday release management by assessing new features, coordinating testing, and implementing updates.
  • Support and maintain integrations between Workday and internal/external systems (benefits, finance, time tracking, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Workday system issues in collaboration with team members and functional partners.
  • Maintain system documentation and promote data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across Workday processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience configuring and supporting multiple Workday HCM modules with hands-on experience in at least three of: Core HCM, Talent, Payroll for U.S., Time Tracking, Absence, Advanced Compensation, or Reporting.
  • Strong understanding of Workday business processes, calculated fields, and security frameworks.
  • Experience developing and maintaining custom Workday reports (advanced, composite, and matrix).
  • Ability to translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions and configurations.
  • Experience supporting Workday integrations with internal/external systems.
  • Experience participating in release management, testing, and implementing Workday updates.
  • Ability to collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and other stakeholders to support end-to-end processes.

  • Base salary range $100,000 to $130,000 (base only; total comp may include bonus and other forms of compensation).
