Description

  • Partner with the Compensation Manager to deliver and continuously improve compensation programs and processes.
  • Support administration and analysis of equity compensation programs, including grant modeling and reporting.
  • Own discrete compensation workstreams end to end, including portions of annual merit, bonus, and equity activities.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance complex compensation models in Excel for decision-making, scenario analysis, and workforce planning.
  • Conduct market pricing, job evaluations, and internal pay equity analyses across a global workforce.
  • Analyze compensation scenarios using quantitative inputs and provide clear recommendations.
  • Support deferred compensation programs through quantitative modeling and coordination with internal and external partners.
  • Develop scalable compensation processes, tools, documentation, and controls for a small but growing team.
  • Use Workday and related systems to support compensation administration, reporting, and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders on compensation initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of progressive experience in compensation, total rewards, or a closely related quantitative HR or finance-adjacent field.
  • Experience using Workday HCM for compensation administration, reporting, and data management.
  • Exposure to equity compensation programs; startup or high-growth company experience is a plus; private equity experience is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, large datasets, scenario modeling, and data validation.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with experience building and interpreting compensation or financial models.
  • Working knowledge of compensation fundamentals, including job architecture, market pricing, salary structures, incentives, and equity compensation.
  • Experience supporting compensation programs in a global or multi-jurisdictional environment is preferred.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a lean team environment with defined ownership and accountability.
  • Familiarity with scripting or programming languages such as Python for data analysis or automation is a plus.
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.

  • Base salary range of $140,000–$150,000.
