Description

  • Perform miscellaneous maintenance tasks such as painting, minor drywall repairs, replacing batteries, light bulbs, blinds and doors, caulking, power washing, trash removal, and furniture removal or installation.
  • Participate in apartment inspections and help document overall unit condition.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties.
  • Keep grounds clean and free of debris and trash.
  • Provide general administrative support, including opening, closing, and maintaining the office, clubhouse, and amenities.
  • Maintain office organization and file structure.
  • Log and retrieve customer packages.
  • Support the manager with additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older by the date of start.
  • Willingness to help in a variety of capacities with an all-in attitude.
  • Good communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment, trash bags, and other items indoors and outdoors.
  • Ability to perform frequent physical movement throughout the workday.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. as necessary.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, including 8 hours or more per day.
  • Ability to kneel, crouch, crawl, climb stairs, use step ladders, bend, reach above shoulders, push, pull, stoop, and squat as needed.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $16 per hour in New York.
  • Base salary plus bonus plus benefits.
