Description

  • Perform miscellaneous maintenance tasks such as painting, minor drywall repairs, battery and light bulb replacement, blind and door replacement, caulking, power washing, trash removal, and furniture removal or installation.
  • Participate in apartment inspections and document the overall condition of units.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties.
  • Keep grounds clean and free of debris and trash.
  • Provide general administrative support, including opening, closing, and maintaining the office, clubhouse, and amenities.
  • Maintain office organization and file structure.
  • Log and retrieve customer packages.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older by the date of start.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Must have a strong customer service mindset and good communication skills.
  • Must be willing and able to lift and move equipment, trash bags, and other items indoors and outdoors.
  • Must be able to perform frequent physical movement throughout the day.
  • Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs. as necessary.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods, including 8 hours or more per day.
  • Must be able to kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, bend, stoop, squat, reach above shoulders, push, and pull as needed.
  • Must be able to climb stairs and step ladders to reach items in need of repair.
  • An all-in attitude and eagerness to help in a variety of capacities is preferred.
