Description

  • Plan, execute, and analyze the social media strategy for the French market across relevant platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
  • Develop creative content that reflects the ESN and More brand identities and appeals to the French target audience.
  • Work closely with the international team, headquarters, and local partners to align social media activities with the overall brand strategy.
  • Analyze social media campaign performance and translate insights into actions that improve reach and engagement.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all social media channels.
  • Build and grow the accounts for the French and French-speaking Swiss markets and foster community interaction.
  • Identify emerging digital trends and viral formats early.
  • Travel to local events and creator content houses in France to capture authentic on-site content.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • More than 1 year of experience in social media marketing.
  • Proven experience managing social media campaigns for brands, preferably in the FMCG or sports nutrition industry.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and tools.
  • Ability to create content that resonates with different target audiences.
  • Experience analyzing social media data and using insights to continuously optimize strategy.
  • Strong teamwork mindset and comfort working cross-functionally.
  • Familiarity with the French market.
  • Native French speaker with very good German and good English skills.
  • Intermediate level role; full-time position with 40 hours per week.
  • Location in Germany, France, or remote.
