Description

  • Publish and schedule content across Ollie’s social channels while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the content calendar.
  • Conduct ongoing social listening to identify trends, cultural moments, and real-time opportunities for brand participation.
  • Manage community engagement by responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions in a thoughtful, brand-aligned manner.
  • Create timely responses to trending topics while balancing speed, brand voice, and sensitivity.
  • Identify and execute surprise-and-delight moments, including gifting, personalized responses, and reactive content, to build loyalty and advocacy.
  • Monitor daily performance and produce regular reports on key metrics, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with creative, brand, and CX teams to ensure cohesive messaging and to address community escalations.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of platform best practices and evolving social trends to optimize content performance.
  • Support campaign launches and major brand moments with real-time posting, engagement, and performance tracking.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in social media management or community management for consumer brands.
  • Experience in the CPG, lifestyle, or pet space is a plus.
  • Strong fluency in Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook platform nuances.
  • Comfort analyzing social media metrics and performance data.
  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools such as Sprout and Hootsuite.
  • Ability to produce social media content is a plus, but not required.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with openness to constructive feedback.
  • A degree in marketing or a related field.
