Description

  • Partner with the omnichannel lead to analyze weekly retail sales across retail partners and distributors.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure inventory levels meet demand and manage monthly reforecasting.
  • Maintain a demand planning model to project inventory needs, sales mix trends, and gross margin impact.
  • Track and monitor input costs to explain gross margin changes across the product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance.
  • Work with Finance and the omnichannel lead to size and model new business opportunities.
  • Assist with the development of long-term strategic plans.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems.
  • Understanding of U.S. GAAP accounting principles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic, agile business environment.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of work.
  • Comfort using technology to improve processes and efficiency.
