Description

  • Lead, mentor, and grow the product team and technical writer while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Run regular 1:1s, provide feedback, and help resolve team challenges.
  • Coordinate across product, technical writing, design, and other internal teams to keep delivery moving smoothly.
  • Identify organizational bottlenecks and implement process improvements as the business scales.
  • Oversee resource allocation, prioritization, and team capacity planning to meet deadlines.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customer-facing teams and partners, and manage strategic customer relationships and escalations.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to support demos and position the platform in the market.
  • Own the lifecycle of public product documentation and work with the technical writer to keep documentation clear and complete.
  • Lead efforts to ensure platform products comply with local and international regulations, especially in regulated markets.
  • Own roadmap development and delivery, including presenting roadmaps, proposals, and data-backed product performance to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
  • At least 3 years in a senior leadership role overseeing product teams or domains.
  • Experience managing B2B iGaming platform products with multiple client integrations.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with reporting tools and KPIs.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ideally a technical background or strong technical understanding.
  • Prior leadership experience in a B2B company focused on regulated markets is a plus.
  • Experience with product analytics tools is a plus.
  • Good understanding of Generative AI technologies, AI architectures, and AI product lifecycles is a plus.
