Description

  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in line with Insider One’s overall direction.
  • Lead cross-functional teams from product ideation through launch.
  • Clearly communicate business value and product intent to engineering and product stakeholders.
  • Define the release process and coordinate activities required to bring products to market.
  • Manage and prioritize product backlog items and initiatives.
  • Own the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new product ideas.
  • Benchmark market needs, customer requirements, competition, and emerging technologies.
  • Define and analyze product metrics, customer satisfaction, and feature performance.
  • Recommend improvements based on data, research, and product performance insights.
  • Collaborate with development and design teams to guide product development decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS product.
  • B.S. from a top-tier university, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile product development.
  • Exceptional decision-making and communication skills.
  • Ability to assimilate customer requirements and translate them into detailed product specifications.
  • Strong feature design and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-driven, organized, and comfortable managing complex initiatives with limited supervision.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Programming or design experience is a plus.
