Description

  • Define the brand vision and strategic direction to maximize market fit and profitability.
  • Lead the execution of the company strategy within relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Drive commercial and business development activities, including commercial planning, marketing, PR, advertising, and networking.
  • Oversee product research and innovation to keep the brands aligned with market trends and identify new opportunities.
  • Own day-to-day operations across player acquisition, retention, player operations, and casino management.
  • Manage relationships with third-party providers, including the platform provider, and negotiate SLAs, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Establish clear procedures and workflows across all player touchpoints.
  • Ensure compliance with market requirements and coordinate compliance input from internal and external providers.
  • Own the P&L, manage budgeting, secure funding from group level, and report financial performance.
  • Champion company culture and lead, develop, and align teams for strong ownership and success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading iGaming brands in regulated markets is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of owning and scaling a brand or business unit with full P&L responsibility.
  • Proven ability to define and execute long-term brand vision and commercial strategy.
  • Experience leading small, lean teams.
  • Willingness to work hands-on when needed.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with familiarity with reporting tools and KPIs.
  • Good functional and technical understanding of iGaming products.
  • Strong people leadership experience, including building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
