Description

Own full-cycle recruiting from intake and sourcing strategy through screening, candidate presentation, and hiring.
Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, referrals, and other channels.
Build targeted talent pools and maintain follow-up with prospective candidates.
Conduct structured interviews to evaluate skills, experience, English communication, and culture fit.
Coordinate Predictive Index assessments and role-specific assignments.
Present qualified candidates to the founder with evidence-based evaluations and recommendations.
Maintain accurate candidate records, interview notes, pipeline stages, and next steps.
Track outreach, candidate quality, pipeline progression, and hiring outcomes.
Improve recruiting workflows, scorecards, documentation, and interview processes using AI and automation tools.
Provide proactive status updates, meet deadlines, and manage candidate communications independently during U.S. Eastern Time hours.

Requirements

4+ years of professional experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, or headhunting.
Proven ability to proactively source and engage candidates, including strong LinkedIn sourcing and outreach skills.
Experience conducting structured interviews and assessing candidate fit beyond résumé keywords.
Ability to independently manage recruitment pipelines, interviews, assessments, and candidate follow-up.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruitment CRMs, and candidate documentation.
Excellent spoken and written English for interviews and communication with U.S.-based leadership.
Based in Latin America and available full-time during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
High initiative, attention to detail, accountability, punctuality, and responsiveness on Slack.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or Recruiter Lite (preferred).
Experience recruiting for digital marketing agencies, technical/IT roles, LATAM or international remote markets, or working with tools such as GoHighLevel, Workable, Predictive Index, ChatGPT, Claude, and recruiting automation (preferred).

USD $2,000–$3,000 monthly compensation, based on qualifications and experience.
USD $300 performance bonus for each successful hire.
Fully remote, LATAM-based independent contractor role.
