Description

  • Build and expand client relationships, generate opportunities, and close work to meet growth goals.
  • Develop proposals and deliver client-focused presentations.
  • Serve as the primary client contact and ensure long-term partnership success.
  • Advise clients on remediation risk, regulatory, and stakeholder considerations.
  • Partner with project managers to support successful project delivery from pursuit through completion.
  • Maintain knowledge of contaminated sediment regulations and apply it to client solutions.
  • Contribute to market strategy and business growth initiatives.
  • Support key remediation phases and mentor team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of consulting experience.
  • Experience with contaminated sediment investigation and remedial design.
  • Client-facing project management experience.
  • Proposal development experience.
  • Ability to work remotely or from an office and travel approximately 25%.
  • 15+ years of consulting experience (preferred).
  • Proven success building and maintaining client relationships (preferred).
