Description

  • Apply technical expertise across all stages of feature development.
  • Deliver high-quality, modular, and testable code for the iOS app.
  • Share business logic with the Android app using J2Objc.
  • Prepare relevant project documentation.
  • Create user interfaces from UI/UX mock-ups, including animations.
  • Contribute to improving team processes and engineering standards.
  • Collaborate with senior iOS developers, the CTO, designers, and researchers on product work.

Requirements

  • 5 years of programming experience in Objective-C or Swift.
  • Experience developing, releasing, and maintaining native iOS applications.
  • Experience with Java or willingness to learn Java.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and give and receive feedback.
  • Experience designing clean and maintainable APIs.
  • Experience with multithreaded programming.
  • Experience writing unit tests and building testable code.
  • Experience with SwiftUI and modern Swift API design and concurrency patterns is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Java and Android apps is preferred.
  • Published live production app(s) in the App Store is preferred.
  • Experience with Google Firebase is preferred.
