Description

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat following standard operating procedures.
  • Use Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu in daily operations.
  • Escalate and assign issues to the appropriate departments when needed.
  • Log, review, and follow up on customer requests and resolutions.
  • Investigate customer issues and provide accurate solutions.
  • Maintain and update customer records during interactions.
  • Meet KPIs for client-facing time, call quality, and occupancy.
  • Handle collections and billing inquiries, including payment plans, account balances, and overdue payments.
  • Clarify charges, generate statements, and process billing adjustments.
  • Manage service cancellations and apply retention strategies to support resolution and save customers.

Requirements

  • Fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to start on April 13, 2026.
  • Dedicated home workspace required; equipment details will be provided during the interview process.
  • Availability to work 5 days per week, 40 hours per week, in a 9-hour shift with a 1-hour unpaid break between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM Eastern Time.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday and Saturdays after training.
  • Knowledge of the U.S. credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.
  • Customer-first orientation with empathy toward client needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and use TCP’s technology suite.

  • Base salary of $5.50 per hour or $953 per month minimum.
  • Paid one-month training scheduled Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time.
