Description

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat according to standard operating procedures.
  • Use Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu to support daily operations.
  • Escalate and assign issues to the appropriate departments when needed.
  • Log, review, and follow up on customer requests and resolutions.
  • Investigate customer issues and provide accurate solutions.
  • Maintain and update customer records during client interactions.
  • Meet performance goals for client-facing time, call quality, and occupancy.
  • Address collections and billing questions, including payment plans, account balances, and overdue payments.
  • Clarify charges, generate statements, and process billing adjustments.
  • Handle service cancellations and apply retention strategies to support resolution and revenue retention.

Requirements

  • Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, with native-level communication ability.
  • Available to start on April 13, 2026.
  • Able to work 5 days per week and 40 hours per week on a 9-hour shift with a 1-hour unpaid break.
  • Available to work Monday to Friday and Saturdays after training, between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM Eastern Time.
  • Has a dedicated home workspace; equipment details will be provided during the interview process.
  • Knowledge of the United States credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.
  • Customer-first orientation with an empathetic approach to client needs.
  • Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and use TCP’s technology suite.
  • Experience or familiarity with billing, collections, retention, or customer service is preferred.

Benefits

  • Full-time permanent remote role with a 100% work-from-home setup.
  • Base salary of $5.50 per hour or $953 per month minimum.
  • One month of paid training, scheduled Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time.
