Description

  • Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for the NextGen Manufacturing OS.
  • Lead the strategic evolution of the legacy TME platform while maintaining continuity for existing customers.
  • Drive product-market fit in regulated, secure, air-gapped defense manufacturing environments.
  • Translate complex regulatory and compliance requirements into intuitive product experiences.
  • Build and maintain a roadmap that supports expansion, modernization, and new-logo acquisition.
  • Develop AI capabilities for maintenance prediction, downtime attribution, and automated QA/compliance reporting.
  • Shape the Secure and Disconnected Facility deployment strategy to reduce standup time and compliance burden.
  • Engage with facility operators, program managers, contracting officers, and compliance leads to validate product decisions.
  • Establish scalable product practices, including discovery frameworks, prioritization, go-to-market readiness, and adoption metrics.
  • Own the Community Hub for manufacturing mission-critical systems and items within the defense industrial base.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience scaling B2B or GovTech SaaS products.
  • Experience in regulated, defense, or mission-critical environments.
  • Experience managing or transitioning legacy platforms while building toward next-generation architectures.
  • Fluency in MES, CMMS/EAM, or adjacent manufacturing operations software.
  • Strong communication skills across operators, engineers, program managers, and executive stakeholders.
  • Instinct for AI, operational data, and making intelligence actionable in constrained network environments.
  • Ability to operate with autonomy and accountability in a PE-backed, fast-moving company.
  • Comfort making hard trade-offs and clearly explaining decisions.
  • Ability to develop a scalable product discovery and roadmap process embedded in the team’s operating rhythm.
  • Willingness to travel approximately once per quarter, with potentially more travel at the start.
