Description

  • Manage client projects and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Handle virtual assistant tasks such as scheduling, emailing, lead conversion management, research, and data entry.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and adapt to changing priorities, needs, and deadlines.
  • Follow client business values and processes when supporting project work.
  • Create suggested plans when given open-ended problems or tasks.
  • Track and manage multiple priorities across projects and processes.
  • Support a flexible, weekday-based workflow with quick 1-2 day turnaround times.
  • Contribute to the team’s growth as hours increase over time.

Requirements

  • Experience working in operations and administrative roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to tailor communication to different styles and client priorities.
  • Self-starter attitude and comfort working with open-ended problems.
  • Ability to create a suggested plan independently from a loosely defined task.
  • Experience with project and process management.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.

Benefits

  • Fully remote position within the US.
  • Flexible schedule with largely weekday-based hours.
  • Starting at 20 hours per week with potential to grow to 40 hours per week.
  • Starting pay of $21/hour.
