Description

  • Manage projects on behalf of clients, including setting and meeting deadlines and coordinating deliverables
  • Complete a variety of virtual assistant tasks such as scheduling, emailing, data entry, research, and other administrative projects
  • Manage lead conversion workflows (using client CRM processes) and follow-up tasks to support sales/lead pipelines
  • Professionally communicate with clients and adapt to changing priorities, needs, and deadlines while following clients' business values and processes
  • Prioritize and manage several concurrent projects and processes to meet quick turnaround expectations (typical 1–2 day turnarounds)
  • Proactively identify open-ended problems and create suggested plans or next steps for client approval
  • Maintain organized records and perform analytical tasks to support client decision-making and project progress

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience using Follow Up Boss
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor communication for different client styles and priorities
  • Self-starter attitude; comfortable initiating work on open-ended problems and proposing solutions
  • Experience with project and process management, including juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Critical thinking and the ability to recommend shifts in client or project focus when appropriate
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Availability to start at 20 hours per week with potential to grow to 40 hours per week
  • Ability to work remotely within the United States and maintain a largely weekday-based, flexible schedule
  • Comfort working with short project turnaround times (often 1–2 days)
