Description

  • Pitch guests and episode ideas to the media director and podcast hosts around relevant crypto topics.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and run recordings and audio/video checks with guests.
  • Research episode topics and provide hosts with questions and background information.
  • Assist with publishing episodes and maintaining clear analytics records.
  • Pitch and help develop new media offerings from concept through execution.
  • Support research and planning for additional media projects.
  • Collaborate with hosts, guests, and the media team to keep production moving on schedule.
  • Contribute ideas to improve workflow efficiency, automation, and audience engagement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in podcast or video production.
  • Deep knowledge of the crypto industry and curiosity about emerging narratives and trends.
  • Solid grasp of recording, editing, and publishing workflows.
  • Familiarity with Riverside, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, OBS, YouTube Studio, and Wordpress.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Creative instincts for identifying compelling stories, guests, and ideas for crypto audiences.
  • Comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced, remote, globally distributed environment.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with ownership and accountability.
  • Bonus: your own network of contacts.
  • Bonus: AI fluency or experience with agentic workflows.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the country of residence or role location without sponsorship.
