Description

  • Own reporting and visibility across the full growth funnel from awareness through monetization.
  • Establish clear funnel definitions and channel roles to support portfolio-level optimization.
  • Build and maintain a trusted single source of truth for cross-channel performance.
  • Monitor paid, organic, lifecycle, partnerships, and brand performance, and surface risks and opportunities.
  • Analyze CAC, LTV, payback periods, and marketing ROI to guide investment decisions.
  • Identify conversion bottlenecks and recommend experiments that can unlock scalable growth.
  • Support forecasting, scenario modeling, and quarterly planning to inform investment discipline.
  • Measure brand lift and upper-funnel impact to properly value long-term growth investments.
  • Partner with Data Science on A/B tests and incrementality studies, and with Data Engineering to improve data reliability and automation.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Marketing to align spend with measurable business outcomes and deliver actionable insights to leaders.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7+ years of experience in Growth, Marketing Analytics, or Business Analytics.
  • Highly proficient in SQL and comfortable working with large, imperfect datasets.
  • Experience building dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, experimentation, CAC, and LTV dynamics.
  • Ability to connect analysis to financial and strategic impact, not just reporting.
  • Clear and confident communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to proactively identify risks and opportunities in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
  • Nice to have: experience in a high-growth, performance-driven organization.
  • Nice to have: subscription, telecom, or consumer app experience.
  • Nice to have: experience supporting Marketing Mix Modeling initiatives, working with marketing platforms and mobile measurement partners, or optimizing portfolio allocation across channels.

  • Competitive base salary ranging from CAD $124,000 to $178,000 in Canada, USD $130,900 to $187,000 nationally in the U.S., and higher ranges for select high-cost locations.
