Description

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communications related to post-purchase voucher inquiries.
  • Guide prospective patients through the search and purchase of bundled medical procedure vouchers.
  • Research and resolve patient billing issues and provider payment discrepancies.
  • Review voucher status, process updates, and investigate aging vouchers.
  • Support providers in using Tendo’s MDsave Marketplace backend system.
  • Document patient and provider interactions and ensure timely follow-up through approved communication channels.
  • Use Salesforce as the primary case management tool to track cases, notes, and resolutions.
  • Meet departmental performance goals, including customer satisfaction and quality assurance standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as provider relations, finance, and product to resolve complex issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5+ years of customer support experience.
  • 2+ years of medical billing experience.
  • Working knowledge of medical insurance and terminology.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, and basic computer skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce is strongly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with limited supervision.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Must comply with HIPAA and other privacy regulations and complete required privacy training.
