Description

  • Develop and execute a territory-specific channel strategy to scale partner leverage across the Mountain West (UT, CO, AZ, NV, ID, MT, WY).
  • Recruit, onboard, enable, and co-sell with VARs, SIs, and technology partners to create joint pipeline and solution positioning.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partner sales teams, supporting complex deal strategy, technical alignment, and partner performance management.
  • Manage and expand a targeted set of direct enterprise accounts, leading complex, consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Position Telestream as an end-to-end platform partner across video workflows (ingest, file-based processing & QC, distribution, monitoring, live production).
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Product Management, Customer Success, Renewals, and Professional Services to shape proposals and ensure seamless handoffs.
  • Own pipeline generation, maintain accurate 30/60/90-day forecasts in Salesforce, and drive deal velocity to meet quarterly and annual targets.
  • Establish measurable partner goals for pipeline creation, win rates, and revenue contribution; prioritize high-impact partners and rationalize underperformers.
  • Represent Telestream at industry events (e.g., NAB, regional trade shows, partner forums) and provide market feedback to Product and Marketing on regional trends and competitive dynamics.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of B2B technology sales experience, ideally in Media & Entertainment, Video Infrastructure, SaaS, or adjacent enterprise technology.
  • Demonstrated success in a hybrid Channel + Direct sales model with experience recruiting, enabling, and managing partners.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, multi-year, multi-product enterprise deals.
  • Working knowledge of content supply chain workflows, cloud architectures, transcoding, quality control (QC), streaming, and automation.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value for non-technical stakeholders and to orchestrate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong territory planning, partner leverage, account strategy, and commercial instincts; comfortable operating in ambiguity.
  • Executive presence with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Deep familiarity with the Mountain West market; existing partner or customer relationships in the region are a strong plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to ~40% within the United States and operate remotely while covering the Mountain West territory.
