Description

  • Design and implement scalable frontend solutions that create positive user experiences.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and help shape technical direction.
  • Ship features and improvements with minimal guidance.
  • Define, improve, and enforce internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices through code review.
  • Collaborate across agile teams to design, develop, test, and support technical solutions.
  • Ensure application performance, scalability, code quality, and thoughtful application design.
  • Own the end-to-end development lifecycle for new features.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
  • Experience with a global state management framework, such as Redux.
  • Experience styling theme-based and component-based web applications.
  • Familiarity with relational databases.
  • Experience developing and deploying production-ready software, preferably SaaS.
  • Expertise in Agile principles.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Prior development experience in JavaScript, React, and Redux.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid or remote model based on office proximity.
  • Willingness to travel for team and company offsites, as travel is expected in every role.
