Description

  • Ensure OEM programs meet goals for customer satisfaction, compliance, quality, and team performance.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Tekion, OEMs, and internal teams to support communication and alignment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve Tekion solutions using feedback from OEM partners.
  • Produce accurate status reports and maintain transparent communication throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Analyze, monitor, and mitigate program and delivery risks proactively.
  • Define scope, timelines, stakeholder involvement, milestones, and success criteria for OEM and vendor integrations and customer implementations.
  • Drive end-to-end integrations and remove blockers to keep delivery on track.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define and deliver integration requirements and product improvements.
  • Train field teams on integration usage and testing processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM, dealer, vendor, and executive stakeholders, including CIOs and CTOs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of project or program management experience.
  • Experience defining product requirements and prioritization in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and self-driven.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, SharePoint, Confluence, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong business ethics.
  • Sales-minded experience is a plus.
  • Experience working in the automotive retail industry is preferred.
  • Experience working at or with OEMs is preferred.
  • Experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and product management/integrations is preferred.
