Description

  • Understand customer business requirements and translate them into Business Central solution options.
  • Explain how customer requirements map to standard or customized solutions.
  • Lead and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
  • Design, implement, and optimize solutions using Microsoft low-code and no-code tools.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to define specifications and deliver outcomes.
  • Prepare business documentation such as specifications, quotations, proposals, reports, and emails.
  • Advise on Microsoft best practices and help raise team standards.
  • Demonstrate solutions and communicate complex ideas clearly to clients.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to solution architecture capability.
  • Manage workload, deadlines, and multiple client-facing priorities effectively.

Requirements

  • NAV/Business Central certified professional with commercial experience as a Senior Consultant or Solution Architect.
  • Demonstrable experience leading Business Central implementations.
  • Experience delivering solutions for Professional Services industries or implementations.
  • Experience using Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform to meet client requirements.
  • Business Central/NAV development experience is desirable.
  • Strong documentation skills with the ability to produce clear specifications and other business documents.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a client-facing role.
  • Confidence delivering software demonstrations is preferred.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong time management, resourcefulness, energy, and willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and understand business dynamics and client requirements.
  • Must be located in Ireland or the UK and able to work remotely.
