Description

  • Lead and scale engineering teams across distributed locations in the US and India.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing, globally distributed engineering organization.
  • Own and execute the technical roadmap for the AI-powered marketplace platform.
  • Simplify and expand the infrastructure using scalable microservices and modern cloud technologies.
  • Design and implement technical solutions that support ARR growth and platform scaling.
  • Drive innovation in the patented orchestration layer and AI capabilities.
  • Execute infrastructure and data pipelines across marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, Meta, TikTok, Google, Shopify, and others.
  • Collaborate with Product and Senior Leadership to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
  • Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Partner with the CEO and leadership team on technology strategy and technical vision.

Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of experience building SaaS technology and leading engineering teams in Big Data environments.
  • Experience leading large remote teams across the US and India at SaaS companies.
  • Degree in Computer Science from a leading technical institution.
  • Technical expertise in scalable microservices and modern cloud technologies.
  • Strong AI/ML background with experience in generative AI, LLMs, or related technologies.
  • Demonstrated success managing distributed teams with engineering presence in India.
  • Operational excellence mindset with a track record of building high-performing distributed engineering cultures.
  • eCommerce and marketplace experience, particularly with Amazon, Shopify, Google, Walmart, eBay, or TikTok, is preferred.
  • Deep AI expertise, especially in prompt engineering, orchestration layers, or verticalized AI applications, is preferred.
  • Experience in retail technology or advertising technology platforms is preferred.
  • Track record of scaling engineering organizations through hypergrowth phases (2-5x) is preferred.
  • Strong product sensibility and experience partnering closely with product teams is preferred.
