Description

  • Answer and track incoming calls.
  • Prepare and submit accurate, detailed reports in government systems.
  • Record all call and case details accurately in accordance with procedures.
  • Conduct database and open-source research to support case handling.
  • Route and escalate calls appropriately.
  • Review, analyze, and document sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a call center.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • Proven ability to multitask while communicating and inputting data simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with telephony systems, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience handling sensitive information.
  • Must reside within Las Vegas, NV or nearby cities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
