Description

  • Implement and execute advertising program processes using Google Ad Manager 360, programmatic DSPs and SSPs, Salesforce, and other tools as needed.
  • Support revenue optimization efforts through technical troubleshooting, ad unit opportunity identification, forecasting, yield analysis, and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with AdOps team members to provide inventory capacity and campaign optimization recommendations.
  • Follow AdOps workflows and ensure internal systems and tools are updated and responded to efficiently.
  • Monitor campaign performance, improve KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to team leadership.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support campaign launch and successful delivery.
  • Stay current on ad tech innovations, policy changes, and industry best practices.
  • Manage QA, program setup, delivery, and inventory reporting for advertising campaigns.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience managing ad operations for a publisher.
  • In-house ad operations experience is preferred, but agency experience is acceptable.
  • Experience with Google Ad Manager is required.
  • Experience with DSPs and SSPs is strongly preferred.
  • Experience using CRM tools, with Salesforce expertise preferred.
  • Excellent time management, planning, collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfort with data analytics and technical website concepts.
  • High level of initiative, self-direction, and accountability.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly.
  • Strong quality assurance skills.
  • Must have a working laptop or PC, internet access, and a backup connection.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the Philippines and maintain work authorization throughout employment.
  • Pre-employment screening is required.
