Description

  • Own the full sales cycle for assigned enterprise and mid-market accounts, engaging senior decision-makers and managing opportunities from prospecting to close.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account and territory plans with long-term growth objectives.
  • Prospect effectively, organize time to build pipeline, and deliver professional, persuasive sales pitches to new and existing contacts to achieve quota.
  • Create and execute sales and business development strategies to increase pipeline and drive revenue growth.
  • Create personalized, compelling value propositions and prepare proposals that accurately describe products and set expectations.
  • Negotiate and close deals, handle objections, and manage annual contract negotiations for complex agreements.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities, evaluate customer needs, and stay current on industry trends and competitors.
  • Collaborate with client success, delivery teams, StudioA, Deal Desk, and SDRs to ensure best-in-class service and maximize repeat business.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience selling in the B2B media space.
  • Proven track record securing complex, six-figure-plus deals in brand-to-demand, demand generation, and digital media.
  • Demonstrated success driving substantial revenue growth through both incumbent and net-new accounts.
  • Experience crafting and implementing sophisticated account/territory plans with long-term growth objectives.
  • Strong ability to diagnose client needs and design tailored, high-impact business solutions.
  • Demonstrated success negotiating complex contracts and ensuring win-win outcomes.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapting strategies as needed.
  • Must have a working laptop/PC with reliable internet and a backup connection.

  • Competitive base salary £45,000–£50,000 with total annual compensation (including commission) up to £60,500–£67,000.
  • Remote-first role with Flex Fridays allowing adjustment of the 40-hour week for a full or half day off on Fridays.
