Description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple client projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to specification.
  • Partner with engineering teams across cloud, Gen AI, web, mobile, data, and emerging technology stacks.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business insights.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements with clients and internal teams.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, remove blockers, and improve delivery processes proactively.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, status reports, and executive dashboards.
  • Mentor team members and promote accountability, collaboration, and high performance.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of hands-on project management experience.
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex technology projects on time in a consulting or agency environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of modern tech stacks and ability to engage with engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, Wrike, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Agile delivery leadership, JIRA, Confluence, and KPI/CSF tracking and reporting.
  • PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications preferred.
  • Experience in consulting, digital agency, or fast-moving startup environments preferred.
  • Must be able to work EST hours.
  • Corp-to-corp (C2C) preferred or contract employment.
