Description

  • Provide technical support to business analysts by attending customer meetings and supporting solution design during discovery and ongoing projects.
  • Analyse business requirements and propose technical solution options.
  • Gather technical and non-functional requirements and advise on their impact to solution design.
  • Design technical architecture and prepare high-level designs for customer review.
  • Produce technical documentation to guide development teams.
  • Support project managers and scrum masters with high-level estimates and help validate estimate realism and delivery against specifications.
  • Collaborate with project management and business analysts on roadmap planning.
  • Work closely with development teams during design and implementation and help resolve difficult solution implementation issues.
  • Act as an interface between development and third-party infrastructure teams to analyse, optimise, and support high-level issue triage.
  • Provide technical governance and code review oversight.

Requirements

  • Commercial experience with Java and full software development lifecycle delivery.
  • Strong logical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience writing technical documentation.
  • Excellent technical background in building web applications.
  • Preferably experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or a similar CMS.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience integrating multiple systems and APIs, including microservices.
  • Ability to support software development through requirements capture, planning, estimation, and software design.
