Description

  • Work warm inbound leads from homeowners who have already expressed interest.
  • Diagnose each seller’s situation and evaluate properties.
  • Negotiate terms and secure signed purchase agreements.
  • Follow up persistently until deals are closed.
  • Track and hit daily and weekly KPIs for calls, appointments, offers, and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for every lead and interaction.
  • Participate in daily huddles, weekly call reviews, and ongoing training.
  • Use a structured sales process to create clarity, confidence, and commitment with sellers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a high-volume or transactional sales role.
  • Strong phone presence with a confident, empathetic, and persuasive communication style.
  • Comfort working within a structured sales process and CRM.
  • High personal accountability in a fully remote environment.
  • Competitive and coachable mindset, with openness to call reviews and feedback.
  • Availability to work Monday–Friday EST hours, including a 9:00 AM daily team huddle.
  • Experience in solar, roofing, automotive, door-to-door, or similar high-volume sales environments preferred.
  • Experience where performance was measured by contracts or closed units rather than activity alone preferred.
  • No real estate experience required.
  • Familiarity with Follow Up Boss, PropStream, Investor Base, Zillow, and Google Workspace preferred.

  • 100% commission-based 1099 compensation with no cap.
  • 12% commission on gross profit per closed deal.
  • Monthly performance bonus for closing $40K+ GP/month, increasing total commission to 17%.
  • Quarterly catch-up bonus for closing $120K+ GP/quarter, paid retroactively.
  • 25% GP commission on self-sourced deals brought in outside the CRM.
  • Senior Acquisitions commission structure of 15–20% after reaching $500K cumulative GP.
  • Realistic earning potential of $70K–$90K for solid performers and $150K–$200K+ for high performers.
  • $500/week draw available during the first 2–3 months for candidates who relocate to or live in the Charleston, SC area.
  • Structured onboarding, weekly 1:1s, and group training.
  • Clear growth path into Senior Acquisitions, Team Lead, and Sales Manager roles.
