Description

  • Own the Tier 1 applicant process end-to-end, personally managing and converting the highest-priority applicants.
  • Manage and convert approximately 40 Tier 1 applicants per month, ensuring 100% follow-up within 48 hours of inquiry.
  • Conduct 1:1 strategic interview-style sales calls (30–60 minutes) to evaluate each prospect’s business, mindset, and strategic alignment.
  • Position The Boardroom as the most valuable growth move and close 20%+ of qualified applicants into membership each month.
  • Maintain a tight, zero-slippage interview and follow-up schedule and complete strategic research and preparation before each call.
  • Protect brand and community culture by admitting only applicants who meet energy, values, and standards and by challenging applicants to level up.
  • Collaborate with CEO and co-founders: debrief weekly on objections, close ratios, and opportunities and proactively recommend process improvements.
  • Maintain clean, up-to-date CRM notes and pipeline statuses, report weekly KPIs (show rate, close rate, drop-off points), and continuously optimize call flow, objection handling, and follow-up.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience closing high-ticket offers priced $15K–$100K+.
  • Proven track record with B2B or executive-level sales and closing sophisticated buyers.
  • Strong business acumen with understanding of entrepreneurship, investing, operations, and leadership.
  • Executive presence: confident, calm, and strategic communicator comfortable engaging founders, CEOs, and elite investors.
  • Conceptual thinker able to diagnose pain, position strategic solutions, and move beyond a scripted “pitch.”
  • Extreme ownership, self-direction, and ability to work without micromanagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills, plus exceptional time-management for a high-volume, high-quality pipeline.
  • Comfortable working remotely with availability to maintain U.S. working hours and connect with applicants across time zones.
  • Experience maintaining CRM hygiene and producing regular performance reporting (weekly KPIs).
  • Not a fit: career SDRs or transactional closers, candidates who require scripts or micromanagement, or corporate-minded reps who expect rigid structure.
