Description

  • Generate and follow up on leads through outbound prospecting, including cold calling.
  • Meet with homeowners to understand their situation and evaluate potential property acquisitions.
  • Build trust and rapport with sellers throughout the sales process.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and handle objections to move deals forward.
  • Manage a pipeline of leads and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Conduct in-person appointments and property visits as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from contract to closing.
  • Consistently meet or exceed acquisition and revenue goals.

Requirements

  • Proven success in sales, business development, or a closing role.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging in cold outreach.
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational and pipeline management skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to appointments.
  • Real estate, mortgage, home services, or investment sales experience preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $30,000 per year.
  • Uncapped commission structure.
  • On-target earnings of $80,000–$120,000+ annually.
