Description

  • Develop and maintain e-commerce KPI dashboards covering conversion rate, revenue per visit, average order value, funnel drop-off, site search, and campaign summaries.
  • Provide clear weekly performance summaries and actionable insights to the VP of Digital Product and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor alert systems for unusual changes in traffic, conversion, and revenue using defined thresholds.
  • Create a root-cause playbook to determine whether anomalies are driven by tracking, customer behavior, marketing, inventory, or pricing issues.
  • Audit GA4 implementations, including event taxonomy and conversion setups, to identify measurement issues.
  • Prepare developer-ready specifications to resolve application-level tracking and instrumentation problems.
  • Own Tableau reporting by designing user-friendly dashboards that enable stakeholder self-service.
  • Use SQL for ad hoc analyses to validate and enrich data insights.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in digital analytics, web analytics, or marketing analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau, SQL, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.
  • College-level education with TOR.
  • Willingness to work a remote nightshift schedule with fixed weekends off.
