Description

  • Partner with clients to understand business goals and translate requirements into user stories and functional specifications.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce configurators, developers, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Analyze business processes and define actionable requirements from discovery through deployment.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, refine user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
  • Support integrations by connecting client business needs with technical teams.
  • Develop client deliverables including process documentation, training materials, and status reports.
  • Identify and escalate project issues, risks, and conflicts while recommending proactive solutions.
  • Help develop compliant, firm-approved AI solutions and identify opportunities to improve client and internal processes.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce core objects, data models, and products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
  • Experience gathering requirements and creating user stories, process flows, and functional documentation.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices.
  • Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client engagements in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Willingness to travel for client and team engagements as needed.
  • Ability to responsibly use firm-approved AI tools and openness to emerging technologies and automation.
  • Salesforce certifications, such as Administrator or Business Analyst, are preferred but not required.
