Description

  • Lead or support system implementations, testing, training, validation, and user acceptance testing.
  • Gather, analyze, and document stakeholder requirements, functional specifications, adoption barriers, and process risks.
  • Drive system adoption through communications, demonstrations, training, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
  • Develop and maintain system processes, procedures, best practices, training materials, SOPs, work instructions, and prompt libraries.
  • Support the development and deployment of AI agents, Microsoft Copilot use cases, and other AI-enabled solutions.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to configure templates, reports, dashboards, milestones, integrations, and system enhancements.
  • Oversee system releases, configuration changes, integrations, and ongoing operational improvements.
  • Provide strategic recommendations connecting systems, processes, roles, and responsibilities to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Support audit and regulatory inspection preparation, including CAPA development and execution when applicable.
  • Share lessons learned and best practices while identifying innovative solutions for Business Operation Systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent and 8+ years of experience with relevant systems and processes.
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment and leading teams directly or indirectly.
  • Experience with AI and building AI agents.
  • Expertise with clinical trial systems such as CTMS, EDC, eTMF, and RTMS, including requirements, documentation, configuration, and integrations.
  • Knowledge of translating business process requirements into functional requirements.
  • Experience in clinical operations and systems is preferred.
  • Experience with change management, user adoption strategies, and system implementations is preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, strategic thinking, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate business needs effectively to IT partners and diagnose and resolve technology issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, empower others, exercise sound judgment, and escalate issues appropriately.
