Description

  • Speak with customers by phone and email, handling both inbound and outbound contact to understand their circumstances.
  • Hold supportive conversations about finances, including income and expenditure reviews.
  • Agree realistic and sustainable payment plans that help customers get back on track.
  • Build trust and reduce customer worry through calm, clear communication.
  • Identify vulnerability and signpost customers to appropriate advice services.
  • Ensure fair outcomes by working compliantly and delivering a strong customer experience.
  • Work closely with a Customer Manager and Expert through 1:1s, huddles, coaching, and feedback.
  • Contribute to a supportive team environment that values wellbeing and customer care.

Requirements

  • Experience in an arrears or collections role.
  • Previous experience supporting vulnerable customers in a regulated environment.
  • A friendly, approachable personality with a strong commitment to customer service.
  • A genuine interest in helping customers and making a positive difference.
  • A collaborative team-player mindset suited to a supportive environment.
  • A proactive, curious, and solution-focused approach.
  • Ability to communicate calmly and clearly with customers.
  • Willingness to work 37.5 hours per week, including 7.5-hour shifts Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays from 9am to 2pm.
  • Available to start on 15th June.
