Description

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding journey for new users and help them reach first value quickly.
  • Turn new sign-ups into power users by clearly communicating the product value proposition.
  • Provide empathetic, high-quality support and resolve customer needs across the full customer lifecycle.
  • Analyze the customer journey to identify friction points and improve the user experience with Product.
  • Explain not just how the product works, but why, so users become more self-sufficient over time.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to address customer needs and concerns.
  • Capture insights from customer interactions and share them to improve products and services.
  • Manage customer workflows, Tier II support issues, and ticket queues effectively.
  • Use CRM and ticketing systems efficiently to keep support operations organized.
  • Juggle incoming priorities and support customers in a fast-changing environment.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and French.
  • Previous experience in customer support, including Tier II support.
  • Experience in a high-growth, start-to-scale environment.
  • Deep experience with customer workflows and user onboarding.
  • Experience with CRM and ticketing systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-organizing, self-driving, and reliable.
  • Comfort working with data and analytics is a plus.
  • Adaptability to rapid growth and change is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry, EHR/EMRs, and AI assistants is a plus.

  • $55,000 - $75,000 annual base salary.
