Description

  • Search for, evaluate, and onboard new payment providers based on business and client needs.
  • Analyze payment methods, GEO coverage, fees, limits, conversion, operational specifics, and risk factors to select effective solutions.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with payment providers and negotiate commercial terms and cooperation conditions.
  • Develop and scale the company’s payment infrastructure strategy across international markets.
  • Monitor the payment market, identify trends, and uncover new business opportunities and alternative solutions.
  • Coordinate provider onboarding from initial analysis through integration and production launch.
  • Work with Legal, Product, Technical, Risk, and Operational teams to support integrations and provider operations.
  • Track onboarding and integration progress, launch readiness, and implementation quality.
  • Build, maintain, and update internal documentation and knowledge bases related to payment systems and providers.
  • Mentor new team members and support knowledge sharing, standards development, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Higher education in Finance, Economics, Management, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in payment management, PSP management, payment operations, or payment-related business development.
  • Mandatory experience in iGaming, betting, fintech, or another high-risk industry.
  • Strong understanding of the PSP ecosystem, acquiring, payment gateways, payment processing flows, routing, provider diversification, and payment infrastructure.
  • Experience searching for, evaluating, onboarding, and managing payment providers.
  • Experience negotiating commercial terms with PSPs, including fees, rolling reserves, limits, and conditions.
  • Understanding of payment risks, including fraud, chargebacks, compliance restrictions, and operational limitations.
  • Experience working with Product and Technical teams during PSP integrations, testing, and launch processes.
  • Ability to assess payment solutions from a business perspective, including cost efficiency, GEO coverage, stability, conversion, and scalability.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills, with English sufficient for daily communication with international partners and providers.
