Description

  • Design high-quality landing pages, feature pages, and campaign experiences that are visually compelling and easy to use.
  • Apply hierarchy, layout, interaction, accessibility, and inclusive design principles to improve clarity and user flow.
  • Translate the brand into scalable web systems by extending the design system and improving reusable components, templates, layouts, and patterns.
  • Own moderately complex projects and initiatives end-to-end with guidance from the Brand Design Lead.
  • Identify ambiguity and blockers early and propose actionable solutions to keep work moving.
  • Prioritize deadlines while balancing speed, quality, and craft to deliver polished, production-ready assets across digital and print.
  • Collaborate with growth teams to test, iterate, and improve page performance based on data and feedback.
  • Partner with web developers, marketing, and content teams to ensure designs translate cleanly into production and support campaigns across print, digital, and motion.
  • Maintain organized component and asset libraries so others can easily adopt and build on established systems.
  • Communicate project status, design rationale, tradeoffs, and feedback clearly and proactively in a remote, asynchronous environment.

Requirements

  • 3-6+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or web design.
  • Strong grasp of design fundamentals, including typography, layout, color, balance, and hierarchy.
  • Experience designing landing pages, marketing pages, or UI components for modern responsive or adaptive layouts.
  • Ability to apply UX principles such as usability, information hierarchy, and interaction patterns.
  • Experience working on websites, landing pages, or digital campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and AfterEffects), and Google Slides.
  • Strong attention to detail and organized file management, including clean layers and labeled components.
  • Experience working within or alongside design systems.
  • Solid understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
  • Experience in print production, including technical requirements for out-of-home, events, and swag/merch applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in remote and asynchronous environments.
  • Ability to present work clearly, take direction, ask clarifying questions, and incorporate feedback while maintaining design integrity.
  • Consistently meets or exceeds deadlines with increasing trust, reliability, and ownership.
  • Preferred: experience working on high-growth marketing or product websites.
  • Preferred: experience working on a remote or globally distributed team.
  • Preferred: familiarity with experimentation or A/B testing workflows.
  • Preferred: experience partnering closely with developers on implementation.
  • Preferred: interest in developer tools, infrastructure, or technical products.
  • Preferred: understanding of how design impacts conversion, engagement, and performance.
  • Preferred: experience with motion graphics or simple animations.
  • Preferred: technical illustration, data visualization, or diagramming experience.

  • US base salary range of $122,000 to $153,000.
