Description

  • Design and build realistic hands-on lab scenarios across containers, Kubernetes, Linux, and public cloud.
  • Own training-platform automation and reliability, including provisioning, scripting, and troubleshooting.
  • Design and deliver technical training, workshops, and demos for audiences with varying levels of expertise.
  • Apply instructional design principles to create structured learning journeys, courseware, and technical documentation.
  • Use AI coding and agent tools to accelerate lab development, scripting, content creation, and troubleshooting.
  • Drive training projects independently from inception through delivery and escalate risks appropriately.
  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to align training with product capabilities and customer needs.
  • Use customer and internal feedback to improve content and processes, define teaching standards, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

  • Hands-on expertise with containers, Kubernetes, Linux, and/or public cloud services.
  • Strong understanding of the cloud-native ecosystem, including Cloud Native, CIEM, CNAPP, DevOps tools, and methodologies.
  • Fluency in 1–2 programming languages such as Bash, Python, or Go.
  • Experience authoring YAML- and Markdown-based content and working with APIs.
  • 3+ years of experience delivering instruction and explaining complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to both build technical training and deliver it confidently.
  • Comfort using AI coding or agent CLI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar.
  • Fluent written and spoken English for global training delivery.
  • Analytical approach using feedback, data, and metrics to improve learning solutions.
  • Experience defining best practices, mentoring others, and working autonomously under broad direction.
