Description

  • Build and maintain YAML- and Markdown-based lab scenarios and technical training content.
  • Script and automate training environments using Bash or Python.
  • Troubleshoot training delivery platforms such as Instruqt and learning management systems.
  • Help design and deliver training sessions, demonstrations, and workshops.
  • Write courseware and technical instructions aligned with clear learning outcomes.
  • Use AI coding and agent tools to develop labs, scripts, and content, validating their output.
  • Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams while incorporating feedback.
  • Independently deliver smaller training components and connect technical concepts to customer use cases.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of DevOps and cloud-native concepts, including containers, orchestration, CI/CD, Linux, and cloud fundamentals.
  • Hands-on scripting experience with Bash or Python.
  • Experience working with YAML and Markdown.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in teaching and presenting to technical audiences.
  • Comfort using AI coding or agent CLI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar.
  • Curiosity, reliability, initiative, and a habit of seeking and applying feedback.
  • Working proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
