Description

  • Build and maintain YAML- and Markdown-based hands-on lab scenarios and technical content.
  • Script and automate training environments using Bash or Python.
  • Troubleshoot training delivery platforms such as Instruqt and LMS tools.
  • Help design and deliver training sessions, demonstrations, and workshops, progressively taking ownership of smaller sessions.
  • Write concise courseware and technical instructions aligned with defined learning outcomes.
  • Use AI coding and agent clients to build labs, write scripts, and draft content while verifying generated output.
  • Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams, actively seeking and incorporating feedback.
  • Apply newly acquired skills to independently deliver training components and connect technical topics to customer use cases.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of DevOps and cloud-native concepts, including containers, orchestration, CI/CD, Linux, and cloud fundamentals.
  • Hands-on scripting experience in Bash or Python.
  • Experience working with YAML and Markdown.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with enthusiasm for teaching and presenting to technical audiences.
  • Comfort experimenting with AI coding or agent CLI clients such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools.
  • Curiosity, reliability, initiative, and willingness to seek and apply feedback.
  • Working proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to follow best practices and collaborate effectively while developing technical depth and presentation confidence.
